Onsite Setup
-The address for the Okotoks Recreation Centre is: 99 Okotoks Dr, Okotoks, AB T1S 1K1
-Park on the south side of the parking lot, closest to Wylie Athletic Park
-Unload and carry bikes and equipment down the path to the track (it’s a bit of a walk — but many hands make light work!)
-Walk the track and sweep any debris
-Pay special attention to corners, especially the southwest corner where tree branches often fall onto the track
-Monitor the track and sweep if new debris appears
-Assist coaches and the Day Coordinator as needed
-Help reload any extra bikes for return to storage
-Assist the coaches with cleanup of tools, brooms, and supplies
