Club-Wide Volunteer Coordinator – 75 Points

Oversees the club’s entire volunteer program throughout the season. Manages the volunteer software platform, tracks volunteer hours, and ensures members meet their annual volunteer commitments. Works closely with Race Directors and Event Managers to support volunteer recruitment, communication, and scheduling across all club events. Provides ongoing reporting to the board and helps maintain a positive and well-organized volunteer experience for all members.
